I am sleep deprived, and my head is splitting aching and tonight all I wish for is for me to be able to sleep deeply , its been such a looooooong day. And this is one of those weeks that is so packed , I am finding it hard to breathe. With an important quiz coming up, and my attention span to focus is close to zero no matter how long I sit myself down it's just all time waste. It seems as though my head is too full but I am not even thinking about anything in particular!! Infuriating like no one else's issue because I try, but yeah perhaps not hard enough. And then there's that canon thing that I am gonna burn my weekend for. ): And now I feel love/sugar sugar deprived. Aye, I am very sure its just a phase, one minute phase. hehehee, okay I need to sleep.
Breakfast : A glass of milk , a slice of wholemeal sugar coated toasted bread.
Break time : A packet of fruits.
Lunch : Yongtoufu with white noodles.
Dinner : Five plates of sushi.
Anyone got ideas how to fall asleep faster & to concentrate better ?? Much loved.
